We proudly announce the
GRAND OPENING of the
Ultimate Defense & Fitness Center in Coral Springs.
Located in the heart of Coral Springs, Florida, the UDFC has self defense
and fitness training programs to suit almost everyone from kids to
seniors.
 Founder
and Head Instructor, Rick Seid, of "Kids Fighting Chance" fame has
incorporated his FBI endorsed techniques into a variety of classes from
beginning self defense to advanced Handgun and Knife training.
Other offerings at the UDFC include Full Contact Wrestling classes by Rich
Mendelson, Kickboxing workouts by Bonnie "Bad Girl" Rogers, the FBI
endorsed Kids Fighting Chance child abduction prevention program
and the official Israeli martial art of Krav Magen used by Military
Special Forces and Anti-terrorist units around the world.
